All content provided on this Site, including blog posts, resources, educational materials, downloads, and course content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis or psychotherapy services.

No Therapist-Client Relationship

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form or sending an email, does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

A therapeutic relationship is only formed after:

  • Completion of an intake process during the first (paid) session

  • Signed informed consent documents

  • Mutual agreement to begin services

Until that time, no therapist-client relationship exists.

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Therapy services are provided only to individuals located in the State of New York, where Erica Zisman is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Users outside of New York may access educational materials but are not eligible for therapy services through this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, branding, downloads, course materials, logos, and design elements is the property of Erica Zisman, LCSW / Erica Z Collective LLC unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products & Course Materials

Digital products, including but not limited to Anxious Kids 101 and any downloadable guides or resources, are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
